Fiji Water Flying Fijians captain Tevita Ikanivere expressed confidence in his team’s readiness for the Pacific Nations Cup Final against Japan. He credits the team’s optimism to rigorous preparation and training over the past week.
“I think the boys are feeling confident going into tomorrow’s game, a confidence that stems from knowing we have put in the work throughout the week,” Ikanivere stated. He emphasized the importance of maintaining focus and effectively executing their game plan.
“We have received the message, we understand what we need to do, and we just need to come tomorrow and execute,” he added.
The highly anticipated final match between Fiji and Japan is scheduled to start at 10:07 PM on Saturday night.
