Fiji Water Flying Fijians captain Tevita Ikanivere expressed the team’s confidence as they prepare to face Japan in the Pacific Nations Cup Final. Ikanivere credited the team’s positive outlook to their comprehensive preparation and training over the past week.
“I think the boys are feeling confident going into tomorrow’s game, confidence that comes through knowing that we have done the work in the week,” said Ikanivere.
He emphasized the necessity of maintaining focus and effectively executing their game plan. “We have got the message, we know what to do, we just need to come tomorrow and execute,” he stated.
The eagerly awaited final match between Fiji and Japan is scheduled to start at 10:07 PM on Saturday night.
