Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka, who also serves as the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Climate Change, Environment, Civil Service, Information, Public Enterprises, and Veteran Affairs, will inaugurate the Top Executive Conference 2024 at the Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa in Denarau, Nadi.
This premier business conference, organized by the Fiji Commerce and Employers Federation (FCEF), is expected to attract over 400 delegates from various sectors. FCEF president Vinay Narsey emphasized that this year’s theme, “Collaborative Action for Sustainable Growth: Delivering On Our 2030 Commitment,” highlights the organization’s commitment to addressing important local and global business issues.
According to Narsey, the conference serves as a valuable platform for participants to gain insights from real-world experiences and timely topics. The event will comprise 10 sessions featuring 23 speakers, including three notable international speakers. Mark McCrindle, a social researcher and bestselling author, Sadhana Mohan from the Private Sector Coordination Specialist Asia and Pacific, and Alex Teh, the CEO of Chillisoft, will be among the featured presenters.
The first day of the conference will cover critical topics such as next-generation leadership, navigating economic challenges, and harnessing opportunities, along with discussions on sustainable leadership and the utilization of human resources in labor markets and the private sector.
