The Minister for Home Affairs and Immigration, Pio Tikoduadua, has begun deportation procedures against UK sex workers Bonnie Blue and Anne Knight. Reports indicate that the Fiji Police Force and Immigration Officers are currently en route to a hotel in Nadi to carry out the removal of the Nottingham-based adult film star.
Earlier today, the Minister categorized both UK nationals as prohibited immigrants, which includes Knight along with a camera operator. It was revealed that Blue had entered Fiji on a visitor permit but reportedly violated the terms of her stay.
The situation escalated as both individuals came under scrutiny from the Fiji Police Force due to past allegations suggesting they intended to offer free sexual services to 18-year-old boys during Australia’s ‘Schoolies’ celebration. This plan was allegedly publicized by Blue on her Instagram, where she indicated that she would fly to the Gold Coast to provide these services in exchange for filming the encounters and sharing content on her OnlyFans account.
The Minister stated, “The Ministry will ensure that the deportation proceedings are carried out promptly and in accordance with the law.” He emphasized that this action underscores the government’s commitment to protecting Fiji’s borders and the integrity of its immigration system. Tikoduadua reiterated that while Fiji is open to visitors, any rule violations would be addressed decisively to safeguard national interests.
Additionally, FijiLive has sought comments from the British High Commission regarding the matter.
This incident serves as a reminder of the importance of adhering to immigration regulations and cultural sensitivities when visiting foreign nations. It also highlights Fiji’s proactive stance in maintaining the integrity of its immigration policies, ensuring that the destination remains a safe and respectful environment for all visitors.
