Parmesh Chand, the permanent secretary of the Ministry of Civil Service, has been appointed to a diplomatic role, as announced by Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka during a recent event. Mr. Rabuka stated, “He has applied, he has gone through the process, and he is successful.” An offer letter has already been dispatched to Mr. Chand, pending his acceptance of the position.
