The 22-member squad for the Digicel Fiji Bula Boys is set to be finalized this week for the FIFA International “A” Friendlies Tri-Nations Series 2024, which will feature matches against national teams from Hong Kong-China and the Solomon Islands next month.
Manager Kartik Reddy announced that there are currently 26 players in the camp, with Rewa utility Samuela Kautoga joining the team yesterday. Reddy indicated that four players will be dropped from the squad, a decision that will be made by the coach this week.
Once the squad is announced, the team will move its camp to Suva for further preparations. Fiji is scheduled to play the Solomon Islands on Monday, September 2, at 7 pm at HFC Bank Stadium in Suva. The Solomon Islands will then face Hong Kong-China on Thursday, September 5, at 7 pm at the same venue. Fiji’s last match will be against Hong Kong-China on Sunday, September 8, at 3 pm at Churchill Park in Lautoka.
Ticket prices for the matches are set at $10 for adults and $5 for children under 10 years old.
