Fiji is taking significant steps towards establishing a robust digital economy with plans to create over 40,000 Information and Communication Technology (ICT) jobs by 2030, as announced by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Communications, Manoa Kamikamica. This initiative forms part of Fiji’s National Digital Strategy, which aims to empower young Fijians with essential skills in increasingly vital fields such as artificial intelligence and e-commerce.
