The Southern Billiards and Snooker Association of Fiji is set to host its highly anticipated 2nd National Ranking Tournament, sponsored by Goundar Dhaba, attracting around 60 competitors for a three-day event. The tournament is scheduled from June 20 to 22 at the Merchants Club / United Club in Suva.
The competition will feature a generous prize money distribution, including $500 for the winner and $300 for the runner-up, alongside various cash prizes for semifinalists, quarterfinalists, and the player with the highest break. Francis Navitesh Ram, the Secretary of the association, underscored the tournament’s objective to bolster the growth and development of billiards and snooker within Fiji.
