Four teams from Fiji will vie for the Netball championship at the 10th Sanatan World Cup taking place in Sydney next weekend. The teams — Suva, Labasa, Tuva, and Nasinu — will compete against eight other teams from Australia and New Zealand.
Suva is placed in Group A alongside Liverpool Flames, Sydney Warriors Orange, and NZ Team Bula. Meanwhile, Group B includes Melbourne Amazon, Sydney Warriors, NZ Highbrook, and Labasa. Group C features Liverpool, Auckland Ferns, Tuva, and Nasinu.
A total of 18 thrilling group matches will be held, after which the top eight teams will advance to the quarterfinals. The event is scheduled for Saturday, September 28, at the Blacktown Spartan Sporting Complex on courts 1 and 2.
In addition, the Rams Group of Companies’ 10th Sanatan World Cup will kick off on Thursday, September 26, with the football competition.
