Fiji’s 7s Team Faces Tough Competition at Coral Coast 7s!

The defending champions, the Fiji Airways men’s 7s team, will face off against New Zealand in Pool A at the upcoming McDonald’s Coral Coast 7s tournament in Sigatoka. Coached by Osea Kolinisau, Fiji will share their pool with Tuva Rugby and Brothers Club, setting the stage for an exciting series of matches.

In Pool B, the All Blacks 7s, under the guidance of coach Tomasi Cama, will compete against Fijian Drua 7s, Seattle Barbarians, and Colo West. Meanwhile, Pool C features teams such as BLK Lavidi, Samoa 7s, Bula Bay 7s, and Ratu Filise. Lastly, Pool D includes Aussie Select 7s, McDonald’s Mike Friday Select 7s, Devo Babas, and Taikita Brothers.

The tournament, scheduled for January 16-18, will take place at Lawaqa Park, promising thrilling rugby action for fans and participants alike.

This event not only showcases top-tier rugby talent but also provides a platform for local teams to shine and engage with the community.
