Vodafone Fijiana XVs coach Mosese Rauluni has announced major changes to his team ahead of their first match in the WXV3 tournament against Hong Kong this weekend. After suffering a defeat to the Netherlands last week, the Fijiana aim to recover.
In the forward pack, Bitila Tawake, Vika Matarugu, and Ana Korovata will be positioned in the front row. Mereoni Nakesa will partner with Asinate Serevi at lock, while Sulita Waisega and Nunia Delaimoala will occupy the flanks, with Karalaini Naisewa serving as captain at number eight.
Evivi Senikarivi and Salanieta Kinita will work together in the half-back positions, while Ivamere Nabura and Adita Milinia will play in the centres. Kolora Lomani and Repeka Adi Tove will take the wing positions, and Luisa Tisolo will complete the lineup as fullback.
On the bench, Keleni Marawa, Salanieta Nabuli, Tiana Robanakadavu, Aviame Veidreyaki, Alfreda Fisher, Ema Adivitaloga, Setaita Railumu, and Litiana Lawedrau are prepared to make an impact.
The Fijiana’s match against Hong Kong is scheduled for 2 am this Sunday in Dubai.
