The Vodafone Fijiana XVs secured a commanding victory against Hong Kong-China, winning 38-3 in their opening game of the WXV 3 tournament held in Dubai this morning. Fijiana took a 17-3 lead into halftime, thanks to tries from Ana Korovatu and Kolora Lomani, with Luisa Tisolo successfully converting and adding a penalty kick. In the second half, Karalaini Naisewa scored two tries, while Repeka Tove and Sulita Waisega also contributed to the scoreline with additional tries. The team, coached by Mosese Rauluni, is set to compete against Samoa in their next match at 2 am next Sunday.
