The Vodafone Fijiana XV team delivered an impressive performance against Hong Kong China, winning 38-3 in their opening match at WXV3, setting a positive momentum ahead of their next game against Samoa on October 12 in Dubai. Coach Mosese Rauluni acknowledged that while the team struggled in the first half by conceding possession and penalties, they improved in the second half despite some ongoing mistakes.

Rauluni expressed satisfaction with the victory, especially following previous losses to Scotland and the Netherlands.
