The Vodafone Fijiana XV team has announced a strong line-up for their first test match against Scotland, which is scheduled for tomorrow. Two players, Ivamere Nabura and Alisi Galo, will make their debut for the team.
Under head coach Moses Rauluni, the team includes a powerful starting lineup: Bitila Tawake at loosehead prop, Keleni Marawa as hooker, and Anasimeci Korovata at tighthead prop. The lock positions are filled by Mereoni Nakesa and Asinate Serevi.
In the back row, Nunia Daunimoala will play as blindside flanker, Sulita Waisega will take the openside flanker position, and Karalaini Naisewa will captain the team from the number eight position.
The backline features Evivi Senikarivi at scrumhalf, Jennifer Ravutia as flyhalf, Adita Milinia on the left wing, Litiana Lawedrau at inside centre, Talei Wilson at outside centre, and Merewairita Neivosa on the right wing. Luia Tisolo will serve as fullback.
After this match, the Fijiana team will travel to the Netherlands for their first-ever match against the Orange Ladies, as part of their preparation for the WXV3 event in Dubai later this year.
The match against Scotland will take place at the Hive Stadium in London at 5:45 AM today.
