Fijiana XV Head Coach Mosese Rauluni has highlighted the significance of maintaining sharpness and precision as they prepare for their upcoming test against the Wallaroos.

“This week has been about being sharp and just being accurate. It’s an away game with different weather conditions; it’s going to be a lot colder than the last time we played in Australia,” explained Rauluni.

He noted that the team has been training rigorously and has shown improvement since their last test against Japan.

“The girls have improved a lot from the last Japan game, but only time will tell when we go against the Wallabies,” he said.

“The Wallaroos are in a changing phase like us; they’re still a team to be reckoned with. They’ve lost all their test matches so far but they’re still going to be strong. We can’t take them lightly,” added the coach.

The Fijiana XV are keen to avenge their last encounter with the Wallaroos, in which the Australian side won 22-5 in May of the previous year.

The match is scheduled for 6:45pm this Saturday.
