The Fijiana Drua will welcome fans to Lautoka for two home games in the upcoming Super Rugby W competition. The matches are scheduled to take place at Churchill Park, where they will face the Queensland Reds and the Brumbies in rounds two and three.
The Drua will kick off their home games on Saturday, March 8, by hosting the Reds, coinciding with a match featuring their male counterparts, the Fijian Drua, who will take on the Chiefs. The following Saturday, March 15, the Drua will host the Brumbies.
Before their home games, the Drua will begin the season with an away match against the Waratahs at Allianz Stadium in Sydney on Friday, February 28. Their round-robin matches will conclude with a final game against the Western Force on Sunday, March 23, at HBF Park in Perth.
This exciting schedule provides a great opportunity for the Fijiana Drua to showcase their talents on home soil and build a strong fan base, as the community rallies to support their local teams. The matches promise to be thrilling encounters that not only celebrate rugby in Fiji but also encourage the development of women’s sports in the region.
