The Fijiana 15’s rugby team made an impressive debut in the WXV 3 tournament held in Dubai today. They commenced their campaign with a commanding 38-3 victory over Hong Kong China in their first match.
The Fijiana team scored six tries, with Karalaini Naisewa earning the title of player of the match for her two tries. Other scorers included Ana Korovata, Kolora Lomani, Repeka Adi Tove, and Sulita Waisega.
The team’s next match in the WXV 3 tournament is scheduled against Samoa next Sunday.
