Fijiana 7s newcomer Livia Naidei is eager to embrace the opportunities ahead as she prepares to represent Fiji in the HSBC SVNS Series opener in Dubai. Hailing from Savusavu, Naidei, who started her rugby journey in 2009, expressed her gratitude and excitement at receiving the call-up to the national team.
“I am very happy that I have been chosen to represent Fiji,” she shared. Naidei has a rich rugby background, having initially played in Savusavu before moving to Suva, and after also competing in 15s rugby, she feels truly fortunate to now be selected for the 7s format.
