Verenaisi Ditavutu has expressed the commitment of the Fijiana 7s team to improve their standings following a challenging start to the HSBC SVNS Series. After competing in tournaments held in Dubai and Cape Town, the team is currently positioned 11th out of 12 teams. Ditavutu emphasizes the importance of climbing the rankings, stating, “Among our aims is definitely lifting our position in the standings. We want to be above eighth, so that is a big work on for the team.”
Recently returning from a memorable experience in the United States with the Rhinos Rugby Academy, Ditavutu shared that the trip was a fantastic opportunity for bonding with international teammates. “It was fun, bonding with different players from different countries and brought together into the same team. I enjoyed meeting people, but it was all about rugby,” she remarked.
