Ben Volavola has signed on with the Leicester Tigers senior men’s team for the 2024/25 season. The former Fijian international, known for his versatility in the backline, has an impressive record of over 200 professional rugby matches, including 38 Test caps and participation in two Rugby World Cups.
For the past seven seasons, Volavola has played in France with Racing 92, Perpignan, and most recently, Agen.
Regarding his move to Leicester Tigers, Volavola expressed, “I am honoured and excited to join this club, and this talented group.” He added, “I’ve been waiting for the right opportunity, and after speaking to (Michael), I jumped at the chance to come to Leicester and I’m excited to see what we can do this season.”
