Marist Brothers High School and Mahatma Gandhi Memorial School (MGM) have solidified their positions as frontrunners in the realm of secondary school athletics by successfully defending their titles at the 2025 Coca-Cola Games. This prestigious event concluded at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva, showcasing a remarkable display of sporting prowess from young athletes.

The girls’ division saw MGM assert its dominance, finishing strongly with an impressive tally of 15 gold, 9 silver, and 3 bronze medals, securing their championship title once again. MGM’s girls’ captain, Tirisiane Kiliraki, expressed her pride in leading the team to success and noted significant improvements in their performance compared to the previous year.

Meanwhile, Marist Brothers High School faced tough competition in the boys’ division, ultimately clinching the top honors with a robust medal count of 10 gold, 10 silver, and 8 bronze medals.
