Flying Fijians captain Waisea Nayacalevu and veteran No.8 Viliame Mata are set to play in the Gallagher Premiership next season. Nayacalevu has transitioned from Toulon to join Sale Sharks, while Edinburgh’s longstanding player Mata has signed with Bristol Bears.
Former Fiji-born France center, Virimi Vakatawa, has been released by the Bears and is currently a free agent.
After a successful season with Northampton Saints, Flying Fijian hooker Sam Matavesi will be joining French club Lyon. His younger brother Joel has also been released from the Saints.
Centre George Wacokecoke and Veremi Qorowale have been released by Newcastle Falcons. Wacokecoke has joined Doncaster Knights, while Qorowale is still determining his next move.
