Fijian Rugby Sevens Stars Make Major Moves: Exclusive Details Now!

Kaminieli Rasaku, a standout player on the Team Fiji men’s rugby sevens team, will join a French ProD2 club, Grenoble, after the Paris Olympic Games. Grenoble has announced Rasaku as one of their signings for the upcoming season.

Meanwhile, veteran Flying Fijian players Jale Vatubua and Aminiasi Tuimaba are set to leave French Top 14 club Pau. Vatubua will be moving to ProD2 club Dax, and Tuimaba will join Beziers.

In other moves, French Top 14 club Oyonnax has signed Peniame Narisia from Racing 92, Veresa Ramototabua from Mont-de-Marsan, and Eddie Sawailau from Perpignan.

Joe Ravouvou, a former Fiji-born New Zealand sevens rugby winger, has departed Oyonnax to join the ProD2 club Bourgoin.

Montpellier has released utility player Masivesi Dakuwaqa, who will now play for ProD2 club Biarritz. Additionally, center Christa Powell, previously with Aurillac, has also joined Biarritz.

Castres winger Filipo Nakosi will be transferring to ProD2 club Vannes.
