Recently, he took on a new role as the manager for the SportsWorld Fiji under-20 team, showcasing his unwavering commitment to nurturing young talent in the sport.

In addition to these roles, Mataitoga was respected for his successful management of the Vodafone Deans Queen Victoria U18 team, further cementing his reputation in rugby circles. Last weekend, the Fiji Rugby Union staff, board members, and several U20 players paid tribute to him by attending a traditional ceremony, reflecting the deep respect he commanded within the organization.
