Fijian Holdings Limited (FHL) will be distributing a special dividend of $2 million to its shareholders in celebration of the company’s 40th anniversary or Ruby jubilee. This announcement came from the Group’s CEO, Jaoji Koroi, during the company’s soft launch event in Suva. The CEO emphasized that this dividend was a token of gratitude for the shareholders’ unwavering support over the years and to honor those who have contributed to the company’s success. The Group’s chairman, Rokoseru Nabalarua, spoke about the accomplishment as a reflection of the company’s dedication, strong governance, and continuous value creation for shareholders. FHL, a publicly listed company on the South Pacific Stock Exchange, has paid out $142 million in dividends since it was established 40 years ago. FHL plans to pay out the special dividend on July 25, with the shareholders registry closing on July 17.
