Notable players have been spotted during training sessions, including former national sevens captain Rusila Nagasau and members from the 2022 Drua squad, Timaima Ravisa and Kolora Lomani. This blend of experience and talent is expected to bolster the team’s performance.

The Fijian Drua women will commence their campaign by facing the Waratahs on February 28 at Allianz Stadium in Sydney. Following that, they will host the Reds and Brumbies at Churchill Park in Lautoka on March 8 and 15, respectively. They will also take on the Western Force in Round 4 at HBF Park in Perth, Australia.

As the competition progresses, the semi-finals are slated for April 2, with the final scheduled for April 12, 2025. This upcoming season presents a great opportunity for the Drua women to showcase their talent and compete at a high level.

In summary, Rawaqa’s strategic selection and the presence of experienced players could lead to a successful season for the Fijian Drua women, fostering hope for their performance in the Super W competition.
