The Rooster Chicken Fijian Drua Women’s rugby team is gearing up for their pre-season trial match against the Brumbies Women this Saturday in Canberra. This match is vital for the team’s preparation as they look to build on their strengths ahead of the 2025 Super W season.
Head Coach Ifereimi Rawaqa has assembled a 26-member squad that showcases a blend of seasoned players and promising newcomers. Among the fresh faces are Isabella Koi, Alfreda Fisher, Josivini Naihamu, Alowesi Nakoci, and Imeri Nai, all eager to leave their mark in Drua rugby. The front row will see the loosehead props Bitila Tawake and Loraini Senivutu, while Keleni Marawa and Isabella Koi are set to take on hooking responsibilities.
