Fijian Drua Boosts Future Stars with Exciting New Signings

The Fijian Drua has announced the signing of national Under-20 representatives Breyton Legge and John Muller to its Development program for the 2025 season.

Breyton Legge, a loosehead prop, has represented Fiji’s Under-20 team nine times since 2022, including participation in the recent U20 World Rugby Championship held in South Africa.

John Muller, who served as captain for Northland’s provincial team this season, also played for Fiji in the 2021 U20 World Cup and was a member of the Fiji Warriors team that won the Pacific Rugby Cup in 2023.

Ifereimi Rawaqa, the Fijian Drua Development and Skills Coach, expressed enthusiasm about the two new signings, stating, “Legge is a skilled player and quick learner. Muller is a hardworking player and brings aggression in both attack and defence. I believe that with further professional development through Drua, the boys will progress easily to the next level.”

The Drua’s Development program has a history of advancing players to higher levels, with past participants like Livai Natave, Philip Baselala, Taniela Rakuro, Motikiai Murray, Mesake Vocevoce, and Sikeli Rabitu going on to secure contracts in Super Rugby Pacific.
