The Fijian Drua is excited to announce a series of compelling curtain raiser matches during the first three home games of the 2026 Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific season. Fans attending the Drua’s games against Moana Pasifika on February 14, the Hurricanes on February 28, and the Brumbies on March 14 will enjoy the added bonus of witnessing the Drua Development team in action prior to the main events.

These curtain raiser events present great value for fans, as they have the opportunity to see two matches for the price of one. The Drua Development squad will showcase the club’s promising talents as they compete against Australian Fijians, Malolo, and Ba, providing fans with an exciting day of rugby.

Fijian Drua Development Coach Nemani Nadolo-Kuridrani emphasized the importance of these matches for player development. He noted that the exposure gained from competing against strong opposition is invaluable for younger players who are eager to gain experience and refine their skills.

“The fixtures present a valuable opportunity for the Development Squad to gain much-needed match exposure. Securing game time for the squad is a priority, and three quality matches lined up against strong opposition will help our younger players build experience,” said Nadolo.

Fans are encouraged to arrive early to make the most of the matchday excitement, with curtain raisers set to start at 12:30 PM before the Super Rugby Pacific matches kick off at 3:30 PM.

– February 14 at Churchill Park, Lautoka: 12:30 PM – Drua Development vs Australian Fijians Under 20, 3:30 PM – Swire Shipping Fijian Drua vs Moana Pasifika.
– February 28 at Churchill Park, Lautoka: 12:30 PM – Drua Development vs Malolo Rugby, 3:30 PM – Swire Shipping Fijian Drua vs Hurricanes.
