The Digicel Fiji Young Kulas have completed their warm-up matches and are now focused on the upcoming FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup, where they will compete against formidable teams including Brazil, France, and Canada.
Coach Angeline Chua emphasized the need for the team to enhance their defense and make the most of goal-scoring opportunities as they gear up for this prestigious tournament.
“We will be focusing on our defensive strategies, especially given the quality of the teams we will face,” Chua remarked. “At the same time, we will work on capitalizing on any chances to score. It’s going to be a challenging tournament, but we are prepared to give it our all.”
