Fiji Women’s Futsal Team Shines Despite Final Setback

The Digicel Fiji Women’s Futsal team has returned home proudly after finishing in second place at the first-ever OFC Women’s Futsal Championship held in the Solomon Islands. Despite suffering a 1-7 defeat against New Zealand in the final, the team received significant acclaim for their strong performances throughout the competition. A highlight for Fiji was Koleta Likuculacula’s remarkable accomplishment of winning the Golden Boot Award, recognizing her as the tournament’s leading scorer.
