Weather Alert: We’ve got ourselves a weak trough of low pressure that’s decided to throw a cloudy party over Fiji, starting from the southwest and creeping towards the entire group like a shy guest. Expect some showers to crash the scene until tomorrow—bring your umbrellas, they’re the hottest accessory in town!
Forecast until midnight tomorrow for the Fiji group:
Be ready for some cloudy periods, with showers making themselves comfortable in the southern parts of Viti Levu (that’s from Momi to Suva/Nausori, if you’re keeping track), as well as Kadavu and the Lau group. The rest of Viti Levu, Lomaiviti, and Southern Bua will enjoy a mix of cloudiness and the occasional brief sprinkle, especially later today. Don’t worry—the showers will start to lighten up in the northern and eastern regions by tomorrow.
Meanwhile, elsewhere is mainly fine, which is just weather-speak for “living the dream.” Nights are set to be cool, so keep those blankets close! Expect moderate south to southwest winds, which means those leaves in your garden might start dancing the cha-cha. And oh, the seas? They’ll be moderate to rough, perfect for that “up close and personal” experience with nature.
