Fresh from the National Weather Forecasting Centre Nadi, and no, it’s not a tropical cocktail!
As we dive into the forecast for this lovely July 5th afternoon (2025, mind you), we’ve got an east to southeast wind flow sweeping gracefully over the Fiji group.
So, what can you expect until the clock strikes midnight tomorrow? Well, if you’re in Serua-Namosi, Navua-Suva-Nausori, Tailevu-Naitasiri-Ra, Southern Bua, Cakaudrove, Kadavu, or even enjoying the charm of Taveuni and its tiny islands, you might want to keep an umbrella handy. We’re looking at cloudy periods and a sprinkle of brief showers – because who doesn’t love a surprise shower, right? Meanwhile, the rest of you can enjoy the sunshine as it stays mainly fine.
Winds will be fresh to moderate out there, rearranging your hair as they blow from the east-southeast, and for those considering a dip, brace for moderate to rough seas. Evenings will be cool, perfect for snuggling up with a good book or an even better snack!
Looking ahead to Monday: faithfully, it appears the same pattern repeats. So if you’re in the same spots, don’t forget that umbrella again; those clouds just love to crash the party. Otherwise, expect mainly fine weather everywhere else and those delightfully cool nights will linger.

**Navua / Suva / Nausori:** Cloudy periods with a shower or two. The night? Yes, cool and cozy.
