Forecast until midnight tomorrow for the fabulous Fiji group:
Expect a patchwork of clouds with a sprinkle or two (and perhaps a few brief outer space showers) over the inner and coastal regions of Serua-Namosi, Navua-Suva-Nausori, Tailevu, Naitasiri, Ra, Southern Bua, Cakaudrove, Lau, and Lomaiviti groups. For all you lucky folks elsewhere, get ready for mostly sunny vibes, sprinkled occasionally with a shy afternoon or evening shower.
Buckle up for moderate to fresh easterly winds that might just sweep your hat off, and moderate to rough seas—so hold onto your flip-flops if you venture out on the water!
Looking ahead to Tuesday: More partly cloudy skies are on the menu, with brief showers looming over the same inner and coastal areas. The rest of us can look forward to sun with just a side of isolated afternoon or evening showers. Pack your beach gear, but maybe bring an umbrella just in case! Those moderate to fresh easterly winds remain, along with the moderate to rough seas.
Here’s what to expect across some of our favorite spots:
In Navua / Suva / Nausori: Think part “cloudy” with a hint of brief showers—like a meteorological cocktail! Tuesday brings similar vibes.
For Nadi / Lautoka / Ba: The forecast says fabulous, with only a few isolated afternoon or evening showers to dampen the mood, but don’t worry, sunshine will reign supreme!
For Sigatoka/Coral Coast: Mostly fine with just an occasional, whimsical shower that literally comes and goes. Tuesday will be mainly fine—a perfect excuse to hit the beach.
For Tavua/Rakiraki: Expect fine weather with just the chance of a shy afternoon or evening shower. Tuesday keeps the trend going, although there might be some sneaky clouds.
For Yasawa/Mamanuca group: Prepare for friendly sunshine, only interrupted by the odd afternoon or evening shower. Tuesday promises to keep it mostly fine, but stay alert!
For Labasa: Fine conditions with a splash of afternoon or evening brief showers. Tuesday should bring more of the same—sunshine with a quirky sprinkle.
For Savusavu: A mix of partly cloudy skies and brief showers should keep things interesting. On Tuesday, fine weather is expected with a light sprinkle popping by.
For Lau/Lomaiviti: Expect partly cloudy skies and some brief showers for now. Tuesday promises fine weather, with only a minor afternoon or evening shower to shake things up.
For Kadavu: A similar report of partly cloudy skies with brief showers awaits you. Tuesday should bring fine conditions with a possible brief splash later in the day.
For Rotuma: Hang tight—the easterly winds are your friends! It’ll be fine with just a few brief showers thrown in for fun. On Tuesday, expect similar conditions to keep your spirits high.
