Greetings, weather enthusiasts! It looks like today is rolling out the red carpet for some shining moments across Fiji, with mainly fine weather gracing most areas. However, don’t get too comfortable – you might want to keep an umbrella or a raincoat handy, as Viti Levu, Vanua Levu, Lau, and Lomaiviti groups are expecting a sprinkle (or a monsoon) of afternoon or evening showers. And just for added drama, isolated thunderstorms may crash the sunny party, particularly over Viti Levu and Vanua Levu. Mother Nature sure knows how to keep us on our toes!
The winds will be moderate, swooshing from the northeast to the northwest, while the seas will also be moderate, perfect for any daring sea adventurers who enjoy a bit of suspense with their surfing.
Now, what’s the scoop for the rest of the week? Tomorrow’s forecast also shouts “fine weather” broadly, though those sneaky afternoon or evening showers and thunderstorms are still lingering in the background, waiting for their moment to shine (or pour). The winds will continue to be moderately breezy, and seas, well, let’s just say they’ll keep their moderate status.
