Get ready, Fiji, because it’s going to be a breezy ride this weekend with a smattering of chuckles on the side! The easterly winds have decided to stick around, blessing us with their presence over the islands.

For the weather whisperers in Viti Levu’s grand interior and eastern domains, as well as our buddies in Kadavu and Vanua Levu, there’s a sprinkle of showers expected. But don’t fret—it’s nothing a good umbrella and an optimistic spirit can’t handle!

As you scoot over to the sun-drenched lands beyond, expect more of that lovely, fine weather. The winds will be taking a little twirl to the south by tomorrow, so hang on to your hats!

Now, about those majestic moderate seas—don’t get too excited; they’re more “gentle sway” than “epic adventure.”

Looking ahead to Sunday, our dear Suva, along with the ever-bustling Nausori, can expect a cloud parade accompanied by some showers. Over in Nadi and Lautoka, it’s sunshine for you, with juicy temperatures waltzing up to a delightful 30 degrees on Saturday.

Sigatoka and the Coral Coast are all set for a fine weekend too, but they might get a cheeky shower to keep things interesting. Meanwhile, lucky Labasa will see the mercury teasing the low 30s, with an occasional shower just for fun.

For Savusavu, Nabouwalu, Taveuni, and the Lau and Lomaiviti Group, it’s all about the brief showers; think of them as nature’s little surprise party. And nobody’s missing out on a generous max of 29 to 30, which means no need to pack away the sunscreen just yet!

Lastly, a note for our fellow adventurers in Rotuma: lower your sail (symbolically) since the wind warning has left the building! However, a flurry of clouds and showers might pop in, just to keep you company.

So grab your flip-flops and your broadest smile, Fiji. It’s going to be an enchanting mix of sun, sprinkles, and everything nice, complete with gusts of humor to keep us entertained!
