Weather Update
Good evening, Fiji! We’ve got your weather forecast, and it’s more entertaining than your uncle’s karaoke night.
For the night ahead, brace yourself for mostly fine weather, except for a few cheeky showers deciding to crash the party in Navua, Suva, Nausori, and a few other fancy places like Tailevu and Kadavu. The interior and eastern parts of Macuata, Cakaudrove (yes, that’s a mouthful), as well as Southern Bua, Lau, and Lomaiviti won’t escape the brief shower action either. Elsewhere, it’s mostly fine, so feel free to show off your best beachwear!
Wind enthusiasts can revel in moderate to fresh southeasterly winds, which come with a side of moderate to rough seas—perfect for those who enjoy a little bit of adventure… and maybe a splash or two.
Now, what can you expect come Sunday? More cloudy periods are on the horizon, with brief showers returning to the usual suspects: Navua, Suva, Nausori, and friends. Elsewhere? Just fine with the occasional afternoon or evening shower sneaking in. Winds will continue to have their fun as they remain moderate to fresh.
Let’s break it down by location, because who doesn’t love a weather tour?
In Navua, Suva, and Nausori, weather is looking like a mixed bag of fun with fine conditions but expect a quick splash here and there. Tomorrow’s forecast: a fab minimum of 22°C and a maximum of 30°C, perfect for quick dip decisions. Sunday? A sneaky shy cloud here and a brief shower there—min 24°C, max 30°C.
Over by Sigatoka and the Coral Coast, we’re all about that main stage action with fine weather! Tomorrow’s forecast sits comfortably at a minimum of 22°C and a maximum of 31°C. Sunday? Just a sprinkle of isolated showers in the afternoon or evening.
Now, Nadi, Lautoka, and Ba want a word—their forecast is calling for mainly fine conditions. Enjoy a minimum of 23°C and a maximum of 34°C tomorrow, and hold onto your hats for Sunday, which keeps it fine except for a few shy showers in the afternoon.
Tavua and Rakiraki are throwing a fine weather party as well! Tomorrow will see similar conditions with a minimum of 23°C and maximum of 33°C, while Sunday teases with a mix of isolation and fine moments.

Savusavu will also have fine moments interspersed with brief showers. Hold on to your paddles—tomorrow’s min is 24°C, max 30°C!
Over in Nabouwalu, brief showers are sneaking in tomorrow, so keep that umbrella close—min 24°C, max 30°C.
Taveuni isn’t going to miss out on some brief showers either. Prepare for tomorrow with a nice 23° at the low end and maxing out at 30°C.
Finally, the Lau and Lomaiviti group and Kadavu are also getting their share of brief showers. Tomorrow’s a lovely 23-31°C affair, while Sunday keeps that delightful balance intact.
And last but not least, Rotuma, you’ve got a southeasterly wind flow bringing in cloudy periods and brief showers, with moderate to rough seas stirring things up a bit. Tomorrow looks nice with a min of 25°C and a max reaching 31°C, while Sunday might treat you to some clouds, showers, and isolated thunderstorms (the dramatic flair never ends!).
Enjoy the weather and stay dry (or splashy!) wherever you are!
