Situation: A cool and dry southeasterly wind flow continues to prevail over the group.

Fine apart from brief showers over the Interior and Eastern parts of Viti Levu (Serua-Namosi, Navua-Suva-Nausori, Tailevu-Naitasiri-Ra/Rakiraki), Kadavu and nearby smaller islands, Interior and Eastern parts of Vanua Levu (Southern Bua, Cakaudrove including Taveuni and nearby smaller islands), Lau and Lomaiviti groups. Elsewhere fine. Cool nights. Moderate east to southeast winds, fresh at times. Winds predominantly becoming northeast from tomorrow. Moderate to rough seas.

Situation: A weak trough of low pressure with cloud and showers lies to the north of Rotuma. It is expected to drift south over the island tomorrow.
Over land: Fresh to strong southeasterly winds with average wind speeds up to 45 km/hr. Strong southeasterly winds are expected to ease from tonight.
Over waters: Southeasterly winds 20 to 25 knots. Winds are expected to ease to 15 to 20 knots from tonight. Rough seas. Cloudy periods with some showers.
