Weather Update – Monday, June 30, 2025
Well, get ready for a classic day of Fiji weather! Today’s forecast features those ever-so-charming cloudy periods, with brief showers trying to outshine the sun in the interior and coastal areas of southern Viti Levu, including your friendly neighborhood spots from Sigatoka to Suva and all the way up to Korovou. And guess what, Kadavu won’t be left out either, along with some small islands that are probably saying, “Shower me with attention!”
You might notice over in Vanua Levu, particularly Southern Bua and Cakaudrove, your day may have a bit of cloud cover sprinkled with some brief showers. Taveuni, Lau, and Lomaiviti group aren’t missing the fun either, so grab that umbrella—just in case!
Most other places will be blessed with mostly fine weather. And when the sun sets? It’s going to be cool, perfect for those evening strolls or for pretending you’re part of a romantic movie.
Expect moderate winds from the south to southeast, and for naval enthusiasts, be cautious with moderate to rough seas out there!
Looking ahead to the delightful Tuesday: The cloudy and slightly moody showers will still want a few moments of fame over parts of southeastern Viti Levu and various lovely islands. However, other locations will bask in the fine weather glory. It appears some places just can’t catch a break from the cool night chill, so don’t forget your sweater!

Navua / Suva / Nausori: Cloudy smiles with brief showers and cool nights that could use a warm cup of cocoa.
