Hold onto your hats, folks! The skies are looking a bit moody tonight across the Fiji group. We’ve got some cloudy periods rolling in with brief showers deciding to make an appearance over places like Serua-Namosi, Navua-Suva-Nausori, Tailevu-Naitasiri-Ra, Southern Bua, Cakaudrove, Kadavu, and their little island buddies, as well as Taveuni, Lau, and Lomaiviti. Basically, it’s a mixed bag of weather essentials.
In the meantime, most of the rest of Fiji is basking in the glory of fine weather – it must be nice to be popular! And for those of you who dread the heat, rejoice! We’re in for some cool nights, so you might want to bring out your favorite cozy sweater or hog all the blankets!
Expect moderate winds blowing from the south-southeast. At times they might be feeling a bit feisty and fresh, like they just drank a double shot of espresso. And let’s not forget the seas – they’re feeling lively too, with moderate to rough conditions. So, if you’re planning on a moonlit sail, maybe better think twice!
Outlook for Wednesday: More of the same with cloudy periods and some showers sticking around the same neighborhoods mentioned earlier. Lucky for the fine weather fans, it’ll mostly stay clear elsewhere.
For specific regions:
– Navua/Suva/Nausori: Expect cloudy periods and brief showers; packing an umbrella might be wise. And cool nights will keep you snug.
– Nadi/Lautoka/Ba: Fine weather is on the horizon, as well as comfortably cool nights.
– Coral Coast/Sigatoka: Clouds and brief showers ahead! Cool nights await!
– Tavua/Rakiraki: Sunny days and cool nights – carrying on the fine weather tradition!
– Natadradave/Korovou: A bit of cloudiness and brief showers; cool nights should help alleviate any daytime heat.
– Yasawa/Mamanuca group: Fine-tastic! Cool nights will have you dreaming of those sunny beaches.
– Labasa: Just fine with cool evenings – might want to break out that novel!
– Savusavu: Cloudy periods on the schedule; cool nights are coming for you too.
– Lau and Lomaiviti Groups: Cloudy with some showers, bundling up for the cool nights is advisable.
– Kadavu: Prepare for those cloud periods and brief showers, followed by cool nights.
– Rotuma: A STRONG WIND WARNING is still flapping its banner for you. The southeast winds are out for a joyride, making the seas a bit rough, while clouds settle in.
Outlook for Wednesday: Cloudy periods with some showers continue to pester the islands.
