Forecast until midnight tomorrow for the Fiji group:
Brace yourself, folks! Cloudy periods mixed with a sprinkle of brief showers are on the menu for the interior and coastal areas of southern Viti Levu—think Sigatoka, Serua/Namosi, and Suva, extending all the way up to Korovou. Kadavu and its merry band of nearby smaller islands aren’t escaping either; they’ll get their share of clouds and showers too! The southern parts of Vanua Levu (Southern Bua, Cakaudrove) and Taveuni plus its small island companions will also join this cloud party. For those in the Lau and Lomaiviti groups, be sure to have your umbrellas handy! However, if you happen to find yourself elsewhere, you’ll likely enjoy mainly fine weather.
As for night-time, grab a sweater because it’s going to be cool. Expect moderate south to southeast winds, which might just be fresh enough to ruffle your hair a bit and make you feel like you’re on a tropical catwalk. The seas will be moderate to rough, so if you plan on a late-night swim, you might want to reconsider unless you’re channeling your inner fish.
Outlook for Tuesday: More of the same with cloudy periods and brief showers, especially for the southeastern parts of Viti Levu (from Serua/Namosi through Navua to Suva up to Korovou), Kadavu, and the southern bits of Vanua Levu, as well as Taveuni and its clique of smaller islands, Lau and Lomaiviti groups. If you find yourself outside of this forecast, count yourself lucky with fine weather. Cool nights will still be hanging around like an old friend.

– Navua / Suva / Nausori: Prepare for some cloudy periods with brief showers, but hey, cool nights will keep you comfy!

– Savusavu: Cloudy periods with brief showers. Cool nights will keep you dreaming of sunshine.
– Lau and Lomaiviti group: Cloudy periods and showers working hard. Cool nights will help with those dreams of sun-soaked days.
– Kadavu: Same story here—cloudy with a chance of showers, cool nights on the horizon!
– Rotuma: Heads up! A trough of low pressure is affecting Rotuma. Occasional rain, plus some unpredictable thunderstorms might drop by unannounced. Southeast winds will be breezy, so hold onto your hats!
