Situation: It seems that a southeast wind is throwing its coolness over the entire Fiji group. Just imagine it—nature’s very own air conditioner keeping us all refreshed!
Forecast until midnight tomorrow for the Fiji group:
Get ready for some entertaining cloud performances accompanied by brief showers in Navua, Suva, Nausori, Serua, Namosi, Tailevu, Naitasiri, Ra, Eastern Macuata, Cakaudrove, Lau, and the Lomaiviti islands. Kadavu and its little island buddies, along with Taveuni, Qamea, Cikobia, and Yasawa, may also join the cloudy parade. For those living elsewhere, you might enjoy the fine weather, but keep an umbrella handy for those sneaky afternoon or evening showers that like to crash the party uninvited.
Brace yourselves for moderate southeast winds and seas to match. Think of them as the ocean’s very own singing contest!
Outlook for Sunday: A weak trough is expected to waltz in from the south until Monday—just in case you need another reason to stay inside with a good book. Expect more cloudy shenanigans with showers over Serua, Namosi, Navua, Suva, Nausori, Tailevu, Naitasiri, Ra, Eastern Macuata, Cakaudrove, Lau, Lomaiviti, Kadavu, Taveuni, Qamea, and Cikobia. For everyone else, keep your eyes peeled for clouds and those typical afternoon or evening showers—a bit like nature’s confetti. And don’t forget your sweater; it’ll be cool at night! Fresh southeast winds and moderate to rough seas will round out the weekend.
