Situation
A weak trough of low pressure lies over the group. Associated clouds and rain are expected to affect parts of the country until later tomorrow. An east to southeast wind flow continues to prevail over Fiji.

Forecast to midnight tomorrow for the Fiji group
– Serua-Namosi, Navua-Suva-Nausori, Tailevu, Naitasiri and Ra: Occasional rain with isolated heavy falls. Rain easing to showers from tomorrow. Localised heavy falls may lead to flash flooding of low-lying areas.
– Southern Bua, Cakaudrove, Kadavu and nearby smaller islands, Yasawa, Mamanuca, Lau and Lomaiviti groups: Occasional showers, with showers gradually easing from tomorrow.
– Elsewhere: Partly cloudy with isolated showers. Isolated afternoon or evening thunderstorms possible.
– Winds: Moderate to fresh east to southeast winds.
– Seas: Moderate to rough seas.

Outlook for Wednesday
Cloudy periods with some showers over Serua-Namosi, Navua-Suva-Nausori, Tailevu-Naitasiri-Ra, Kadavu and nearby smaller islands, Cakaudrove and Southern Bua provinces, Lau and Lomaiviti groups. Isolated heavy falls possible. Fine apart from isolated afternoon or evening showers and thunderstorms elsewhere.
