And if you’re in the eastern half of Viti Levu—namely, Serua-Namosi to Suva and Tailevu—the weather is like that one friend who never knows when to stop; a HEAVY RAIN ALERT is still in effect.
What’s going on, you ask? Well, a cheeky little low-pressure system is making its way south towards Fiji, bringing with it a moist northwesterly wind that thinks it’s a storm chaser! Expect an energetic mix of heavy rain and thunderstorms to settle in like a houseguest who won’t leave. Meanwhile, another low-pressure trough is camped out, bringing clouds and rain that are as persistent as a telemarketer.
