Meanwhile, for everyone else, partly cloudy skies will host some isolated showers and the occasional thunderstorm—just enough to make sure you stay guessing whether to carry an umbrella or a surfboard.
If you’re feeling adventurous or just brave, watch out for localized heavy falls that could lead to flash flooding in low-lying areas. We’ve got moderate to fresh winds—perfect for flying a kite, though maybe not today with those rough seas ahead.
