Fiji U19 Sensation Shines in Semifinal Victory

Fiji U19 player Raul Chandra netted two goals as Nasinu secured a 2-0 victory against Tailevu Naitaisiri in the second Premier Division semifinal of the 2024 FMF Inter District Championship (IDC) held at Churchill Park in Lautoka. Chandra, whose father is former Suva and Ba striker Ronald Lawrence, scored once in each half, leading to the upset of Tailevu Naitaisiri, who had been unbeaten and the most consistent team in the division prior to the semifinals. Nasinu will now face Tavua in the grand final scheduled for 12:30 PM tomorrow.
