Fiji U-16 Junior Kulas Set for Decisive Clash Against Samoa!

Fiji U-16 Junior Kulas head coach Marika Rodu has expressed the team’s objective of finishing at the top of their pool with a crucial match remaining against Samoa in the OFC U-16 Women’s Championships. Currently, Fiji has accumulated 4 points from one draw and one victory, trailing Samoa, which has secured 6 points from two wins.

“The girls fought hard to keep our hopes alive for topping the pool. Moving forward, we need to focus on scoring and winning the game against Samoa,” Rodu stated following yesterday’s match against the Cook Islands.

Reflecting on their previous game against Tonga, the coach noted that they learned valuable lessons, made necessary adjustments, and showed improved performance. “We would like to grow game by game,” he concluded.

Fiji is scheduled to face Samoa on Saturday at 3 PM at HFC Bank Stadium in Suva.
