The upcoming Fiji Tourism Convention will prioritize the Tourism Act as part of its agenda, aiming to foster a thriving visitor economy. The event, organized by Tourism Fiji, will take place at the Sheraton Fiji Beach and Golf Resort on September 26-27, featuring a comprehensive program that addresses strategies and efficiencies for future industry growth.

The convention is expected to focus on the tourism regulatory environment, exploring necessary reforms and standards to establish a dynamic legal framework that can address current challenges. In addition, discussions will center on enhancing socio-economic growth, job creation, and support for local businesses and entrepreneurs.

Tickets for the two-day event are available for $300, which includes meals and a cocktail reception.
