BSP Financial Group Limited and Australian Business Volunteers have introduced the Fiji THRIVE Programme in the Northern region.
The initiative aims to support Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and recently celebrated the completion of the initial phase of a 6-month coaching and mentoring program.
BSP General Manager Retail, Ravindra Singh, highlighted BSP’s dedication to MSMEs and urged participants to seize this growth opportunity despite facing challenges.
“As your bank, we take pride in your achievements. This programme is demanding, but with determination and the resources provided, you can overcome any obstacles and succeed,” Singh stated.
The Fiji THRIVE Programme, which offers free coaching from ABV’s experienced business professionals, was rebranded from the ‘Your Enterprise Scheme’ and tailored specifically to the Fijian market as THRIVE.
The acronym THRIVE symbolizes its mission to build a resilient, inclusive, and vibrant economy.
ABV professionals Kaylene Benson and Cathy Corderoy are providing valuable guidance in the Northern Division, assisting businesses in navigating local challenges.
The programme exemplifies BSP’s commitment to fostering entrepreneurship and economic development in Fiji.
