Fiji will participate in the inaugural Global Ministerial Conference on Ending Violence Against Children, taking place this month in Bogota, Colombia. The delegation will be led by Lynda Tabuya, the Minister for Women, Children and Social Protection, and will include Child Advisor Natalie Siegel-Brown and Director for Children Arieta Tagivetaua.
Minister Tabuya plans to present the Fijian Government’s commitment to combating violence against children during the conference. This event presents a significant opportunity to take tangible steps toward ending violence against children globally, emphasizing the importance of solid and integrated child protection and violence prevention systems.
